Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. KGR Collection may also refuse to process and accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

KGR Collection reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice. KGR Collection may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such a cancellation.

Shipping Methods

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your KGR Collection purchase, a Return Authorization (RA) number should be requested by sending KGR Collection an email at kate@kgrcollection.com, within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving an RA number. Tracking information is required.

Please note you can only exchange items for a different size and/or color based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately. Items should be returned unused and undamaged. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
